Community and safety rules

FullSide's private groups and activities are for respectful, lawful organisation of sport. These rules apply to profiles, invitations, chat, results and support conversations.

Version 2026-10-04.1 · 4 October 2026

Respect people and privacy

No threats, harassment, hate, discrimination, stalking, impersonation, scams or intimidation. Do not share another person's address, phone number, images or other private information without authority. Do not pressure someone to share contact details, pay twice or accept an unwanted invitation. Keep group conversations relevant and respect members' privacy choices.

Prohibited content and conduct

Do not upload illegal material, sexual content, child sexual abuse or exploitation material, terrorist content, instructions to commit violence, or content encouraging self-harm. Do not use FullSide to offer unlawful activities, spam, unauthorised advertising or fraudulent bookings. Do not manipulate records, attack the service or bypass access and payment controls. Accounts are for adults aged 18 and over; do not impersonate an adult or facilitate a child's account.

Report, block and get help

Use the chat reporting/blocking controls where available or contact Help & support or admin@full-side.com with the relevant group/activity reference and a concise description. Avoid copying or redistributing illegal material. FullSide is not an emergency service: call 999 for immediate danger and use appropriate police or safeguarding channels for serious incidents. Reporting a payment or safety concern does not require public confrontation with another member.

What we can do

We assess reports and may request relevant information, preserve restricted evidence, remove content, limit affected functions or suspend an account when justified by the facts and risk. We consider context and take proportionate action rather than automatically penalising a reported person. We do not claim to monitor every conversation continuously. Where safe and lawful, we explain the decision and how to ask for review. We may disclose information to authorities where necessary and lawful.

Review a decision

Email admin@full-side.com or contact support with the case reference and why you think a decision is wrong. A person can review the relevant evidence. Do not create another account to evade a restriction. A moderation decision does not automatically remove an entitlement to a refund or to exercise data rights. We assess children's access and online-safety duties separately; an adult label or these rules alone is not a compliance assessment.
