Are there setup or monthly fees?
There is no setup fee or monthly subscription. The standard service fee is paid by the booking payer or by each participant when splitting: 6.5% plus 20p per successful payment. Your payment, refund and dispute responsibilities are agreed during onboarding; unrecovered refund or dispute costs may still apply.
Can we manage more than one pitch or court?
Yes. Venue setup supports multiple spaces, opening hours, pricing rules, extras and shared physical resources. Configuration and calendar review happen before online booking is enabled.
Can our team manage the venue?
Yes. Owners invite colleagues using their FullSide email and choose their access. Managers can edit and submit venue setup; staff can view the workspace and review progress. Owners can change or remove access.
Will it connect to our existing booking system?
Tell us which system you use in your enquiry. Third-party booking-system integrations and a public partner API are not currently available. We review your calendar and existing bookings before agreeing a move to FullSide.
