Booking and availability
A selected time is not a reservation. FullSide checks the latest availability and total when you review, then confirms the booking through the booking service.
Payments and contributions
Check the activity workspace for the actual payment status. Returning from a payment page does not by itself mean a payment succeeded.
Cancellations
Your booking’s cancellation cutoff and terms are shown before confirmation. Eligible full refunds include the FullSide service fee. Open your activity for the available cancellation options.
Your account
Change your name, profile photo, email, address and privacy preferences in account settings. Use “Forgot password?” on the sign-in page for account recovery.
