Can I use FullSide if I booked somewhere else?
Yes. Add the activity you have already arranged, choose a group or create one, and set the amount to collect. You remain responsible for the external venue booking.
Does everyone need to download the app?
No. Players can open your invitation, sign in and pay in their browser. The same FullSide account works in the app.
What if someone has not paid?
You can see contribution status in your activity. For a FullSide venue booking with split payment, the organiser guarantees the remaining venue balance under the deadline and terms accepted at booking. Splitting does not remove that responsibility.
How much does it cost?
The standard service fee is 6.5% of the contribution plus 20p per successful payment. Each player sees the fee-inclusive total before paying. Free activities have no service fee. The actual activity and payment review show the applicable rate and cancellation terms.
